
UniCres Tints – Terms of Service (ToS)

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of UniCres Tints' mobile window tinting services, website, and communications. By booking a service or interacting with our platform, you agree to these Terms.
1. Services Offered
UniCres Tints provides mobile automotive, residential, and commercial window tinting using premium ceramic films. Services include full and partial tinting, tint removal and replacement, and optional specialty upgrades. All work is performed on-site at the customer’s location.
2. Booking & Availability
Appointments can be scheduled through our website (unicrestints.com) or by phone. Availability is first come, first served. To confirm an appointment, customers must provide:

Vehicle make, model, and year (if applicable)

Preferred tint shade
3. Pricing & Payment
Pricing is published on our website and may vary based on vehicle type, service scope, and location. All prices are subject to change. We accept payments via credit/debit cards, PayPal, and mobile wallets. We do not accept Zelle or Apple Pay.

No deposit is required to book.

Full payment is due upon completion unless prepaid.

Prepaid appointments are refundable only if canceled with 24+ hours' notice.
4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled free of charge with at least 24 hours' notice.

Cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment may incur a $100 fee.

Installer arrival may vary by up to 1 hour depending on traffic or prior job completion.
5. Warranty & Redos
UniCres Tints offers a lifetime no-peel warranty covering installation defects or film failure.

One free redo per window is included under warranty.

Additional repairs are $50 per window.

Redos must be requested within 7 days of service completion.
Warranty is void if tint damage results from user error, accidents, misuse, or third-party tampering.
6. Legal Compliance
We install tint at the customer’s request, including shades below legal limits. By proceeding with such services, the customer accepts full responsibility for any legal consequences related to their tint selection.
We educate customers about Georgia tint laws but do not enforce compliance.
7. Limitation of Liability
UniCres Tints is not liable for:

Pre-existing vehicle or property damage

Damage caused by third-party tampering

Legal fines, inspection failures, or ticketing due to noncompliant tint

Delays due to uncontrollable events (weather, traffic, power access)
8. Intellectual Property
All website content, logos, and materials are the intellectual property of UniCres Tints and may not be used without permission.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Georgia. Any disputes shall be resolved in Georgia courts.
